This is absolutely my favorite cover. When I got it in the mail, I looked at it... and then I couldn't stop looking at it.
That's Frances, all right ... and then the ice, the snow ... perfect.
British (HarperCollins Flamingo, 2003)
The British are three for three, in my opinion. (See my comments on the British editions of The Killer's Cousin and Locked Inside.) This book is reminiscent of the U.S. cover, with its close-up on Frances, but they went in even closer. Stylish. Intense. Wow.
